The HTC U11 is the next flagship that we will meet this year. In little more than 4 days the smartphone will be official and the company has managed to put us “long teeth” by publishing different dropper teasers with the possible functions of the terminal. Now, after announcing their pressure-sensitive frames, we are invited to take a look at its 360-degree recording.
The small outcropping of the 360-degree cameras we’ve gone through for the past two years may not have caught the attention of the regular consumer. However, it seems that HTC is clear that this technology is more of the present than of the past and, with the VR in mind, it aims to give HTC U11 the ability to record and capture images in all directions.
Usually we are accustomed to find external accessories that help to get this type of multimedia files. Now HTC, according to announces through its official Twitter seems to want to eliminate this strategy and incorporate the recording in 360 degrees to the camera of HTC U11.

“360-degree recording in real life” is all we know about the possibilities of the camera of HTC U11, since the company does not provide more information about it apart from a clip where we see a user surrounded by 4 bikes and we are invited to know more details of this technology from next May 16, date set for the presentation of the new smartphone HTC.
Other features of the HTC U 11
In addition to the possibility of making recordings or captures in 360 degree, or the aforementioned pressure sensitive frames technology, it is possible that we find a smartphone with water resistance and the one that would boast interesting improvements in its user interface.
As for the internal specifications of the HTC U11, after its appearance in GFXBench we know that we are looking at a smartphone with a screen of 5.5 inches Quad HD, that is, with a resolution of 2560 × 1440 pixels. Under this display we would find the octa core processor Snapdragon 835 processor running at a speed of 2.4 GHZ along with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, although it is possible that we find a model with 6 GB RAM and more internal memory.
Next Tuesday, May 16 will be the day when we leave all doubts behind and finally find out all the official features of the new flagship HTC.
