Just a few hours after the launch of the Nintendo Switch world and the release of ‘The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild’, Youtube user Lord Ritchie has uploaded a video comparing the performance of the ‘The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild’, on Wii U and Nintendo Switch during the first minutes of our new adventure with Link.
Is there much difference?
Regarding the differences between both versions, something that would be expected with Nintendo Switch as a new generation console, the truth is that we must say that at least from our point of view both editions look identical and there is no appreciable difference in textures or resolution. It seems that this is a new case ‘Twilight Princess’, a game developed for two platforms with identical graphic quality.
It remains to be seen whether the performance seen in the video is all the power that Nintendo Switch can deliver or it is simply a comfortable port of the Wii U version to bring a powerful game along with the launch of the new console. Anyway, Nintendo Switch is just around the corner and there are only a few hours to get their hands on ‘The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild’.
Expansions for this game are scheduled for the summer and the winter season. The first expansion of the fame will be launched in the summer. Features such as new difficulty level, a new function for the map and a new challenge called ‘The Cave of Trials’ are promised in this expansion.
Winter will welcome the second expansion pack of this game. This expansion will add a new story, a new dungeon and addition challenges to the game.
