Less than two weeks ago we saw in figures the incredible 2016 year of Huawei, marked by the P9 family of top stops, its latest Mate 9 and a magnificent intervention in the middle range of the hand of Honor.
Today, precisely, the Chinese company has unveiled its plans to update its mid-range, ie, what devices Huawei will upgrade to Android 7.0 Nougat and when they will.
Update of EMUI 5.0 and Android 7.0 Nougat for the following Huawei and Honor
As we read in Playfuldroid, Huawei has put the batteries and you have ready the whole calendar of updates of its EMUI 5.0 and Android 7.0 Nougat for most of its devices, from its prized P9 to the Huawei Nova.
First, we find the Huawei Nova, its latest mid-range device, which will be the first lucky to have Android 7.0 Nougat this March. Secondly, the Huawei Honor Note 8 and the G9 Plus will follow in April, a month later.
As we see below, the top of its subsidiary, Honor 6X, will have to wait until May, although currently there is a supposed beta in progress. In the field of tablets, it will be precisely in May when the Huawei MediaPad M3 will receive Android 7.0 Nougat officially.
Finally, we have the upgrades of its high end, which were more than predictable. According to the table, their P9, P9 Plus, Mate 8, Honor V8 and Honor 8 already have EMUI 5.0 and Nougat, so soon they will arrive for everybody.

The bad news and what has surprised me most has been the nonexistence of the Huawei P9 Lite in that table, a mobile that has triumphed in the mid-range and that surely has enough muscle to put up with Nougat. From his former top-of-the-line, the Huawei P8, we already knew in his day that he would not upgrade to Android 7.0 Nougat.
