We tell you all the specifications of the new Sony Xperia XA1 and Xperia XA1 Ultra, two mid-range smartphones that Sony has presented during the Mobile World Congress 2017.

The Sony Xperia XA1 and XA1 Ultra come to replace the familiar XA and XA Ultra, with screen improvements, better camera and high performance.

From the Sony Xperia XA1 we can emphasize its screen, not for its resolution or its general quality, which is not surprising, but for being 2.5D, that is to say, it has the slightly rounded edges, and in this way you get a feeling that the side frames almost do not exist.

As for the Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, it borrows a lot of things from its little brother, from the design to some of the internal components, although this model grows up to 6 inches of screen. So, what we offer here Sony is a huge phablet that can delight lovers of large screens.

In both terminals the jump to a more modern processor, Helio P20 of MediaTek, which in the case of XA1 is put on 3 GB of RAM, and in the case of XA1 Ultra, about 4 GB.

As for the cameras, the two models have rear sensors of 23 megapixels, but in the front the sensors are different. The XA1 is 8 megapixels while the Ultra reaches 16 megapixels, and also has an optical image stabilizer, so it is probably one of the best front cameras on the market.

The batteries are of 2300 and 2700 mAh respectively, in both cases with Qnovo technology, which promises to take better care of the component thanks to an adaptive load. Finally, it is noteworthy that the Sony Xperia XA1 has fingerprint sensor but interestingly, in the XA1 Ultra have not included it. The availability date and prices of these two new models of Sony are not confirmed at the moment.
