The Moto G5 Plus could be presented on February 26 at an event that will take place the day before the Mobile World Congress event. Although some images of the phone have already leaked, today we have a new photograph that reveals the design of the back.
The phone seems to have a plastic body with metallic appearance and in the central part we find the Moto logo. As we have seen in the Moto Z, the Moto G5 Plus comes with a camera embedded in a circular shaped protuberance.
The camera is expected to have a 12MP Sony IMX362 sensor and f/1.7 aperture lens. We will also find a dual LED flash, focus by phase detection and laser, and ability to record 4K video. The front camera could be 5MP with Omnivision OV5695 5MP sensor and f/2.2 aperture lens.
Unlike the Moto G4 Plus, which has a 5.5 inch screen, the Moto G5 Plus will arrive with a smaller screen of 5.2 inches. It will have a Snapdragon 625 processor and 3 or 4 GB of RAM depending on the variant, as well as 32GB of internal storage.
Other features include NFC, fingerprint reader and 3000 mAh battery. It is expected to arrive with Android 7.0 Nougat.
