During the last few weeks we have been able to know a lot of news related to the new Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus, devices with which Lenovo intends to reign the Android middle range, as one day did Motorola with the first generation of this line of smartphones.
And the truth is that the details known so far do not paint anything bad. In this new generation of the MotoG line, the premium materials such as aluminum will finally be present, as well as some interesting features if Lenovo decides to accompany them with a price agreed.
But everything seems to indicate that until the moment of its launch we will not stop knowing about the new Moto G5 and G5 Plus, and today, new filtered images have come to light with the sole purpose of confirming their physical appearance.
It has been Roland Quandt, a popular filterer in charge of revealing information of this type as the price of Huawei P10, who has published these filtered images in his Twitter account. The renders, which seem to belong to a manufacturer of smartphone accessories, allow us to observe in more detail the design of the new Lenovo device.
Highlights include the aluminum finish with which Lenovo would have decided to manufacture its mid-range, as well as the fingerprint reader located on the front of the device, with a rounded format similar to the one we saw in Moto M.
Among other details, the renewed appearance of the rear camera of the device, which would have come to have a design similar to that included in the Moto Z line. The rest of design details completely match the previously filtered images.
Although in these images we cannot extract more information about the terminals, thanks to previous news we know that the new Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus will have notably improved specifications with respect to the current generation.
In this case, it will be the Snapdragon 625 chip chosen to give life to the phones, accompanied by 3 or 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of base storage, as well as a battery of 3,100 mAh, and a screen 5.5 inches FullHD resolution with Super AMOLED technology and Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
At the moment we have no official information to confirm the date of the new Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus, although we assume that Lenovo will take advantage of its presence at the Mobile World Congress 2017 to announce its new mid-range terminals.
Till then we will remain attentive until we can discover the rest of the details that we have to know about the new mid-range of the Moto line.
