There is no doubt that one of the great smartphones of last year or at least one of the most innovative has been the Xiaomi Mi Mix. The smartphone with an innovative technology and went through a ceramic body at 91.3% of screen to body ratio with no bezels on top. Now we know new details of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 that would improve the smartphone of the Chinese firm.

As a result of the design of the smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi Mix uses a Cantilever ceramic piezoelectric technology that replaces the traditional way of emitting audio in the mobile with a system that vibrates the sound to the ear. Unfortunately, despite the spectacular system, many users have criticized the sound component of the Xiaomi Mi Mix indicating a problem with the sound quality.

Since the user experience has not been so positive, Xiaomi is likely to replace this in the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2. In fact there are already indications that the next most anticipated smartphone of the brand after the official launch of Xiaomi Mi 6 have a different innovation in auditory terms. According to analyst Sun Changxu, Xiaomi will partner with AAC Technologies to develop a better sound experience in the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2.

The answer to the sound problems of the Xiaomi Mi Mix would be in the development of a solenoid. This would allow the sound to be emitted through the screen of the new phone with higher quality, especially at low frequency.

Other features of the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2

According to a Gearbest publication that came to light last week, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 would hit the market boasting a 6.4-inch AMOLED panel with a Quad-HD resolution of 2560 × 1440 and 2K display. This screen would amount to a 93% screen-to-body ratio. It would also have Snapdragon 835 processor with different versions of 4, 6 and 8 GB RAM while the storage would be 128 or 256 GB.

This time the smartphone would equip a rear camera of 19 MP and a front camera of 13 MP and of course Android Nougat would be the default operating system installed in the mobile and we assume it would be with the MIUI 9 personalization layer of the brand.
