Elden Ring is an open-world game and with the addition of a new map called the Land of Shadow in the DLC, it can be intimidating to find your way out in the game.

So, in this post, I’ve laid out my entire plan for the Elden Ring DLC Progression Route.

Let’s get started –

Base Game Progression

1. Limgrave

  • Recommended Level: 1-20
  • Recommended Weapon Level: 0-2
  • Details: Start here to tackle caves, catacombs, and dragons.

2. Weeping Peninsula

  • Recommended Level: 20-30
  • Recommended Weapon Level: 2-3
  • Details: Explore this after Limgrave. No legendary bosses here.

3. Stormveil Castle

  • Recommended Level: 30-40
  • Recommended Weapon Level: 3-4
  • Details: Most players encounter their first remembrance boss, Godrick the Grafted, here.

4. Liurnia of the Lakes South

  • Recommended Level: 40-50
  • Recommended Weapon Level: 3-4
  • Details: Progress through or bypass Stormveil Castle to reach this area.

5. Academy of Raya Lucaria

  • Recommended Level: 50-60
  • Recommended Weapon Level: 4-6
  • Details: Fight the remembrance boss Renala, Queen of the Full Moon.

    • Details: Points of interest include Shaded Castle and Windmill Village.

11. Deeproot Depths

  • Recommended Level: 80-90

  • Details: Explore the area beneath the Erdtree base and face the remembrance boss Lichdragon Fortissax.

12. Mount Gelmir & Volcano Manor

  • Recommended Level: 80-100

  • Details: Fight Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy.

13. Lake of Rot
