Much More You Need To explore in Fire Emblem Fates

Fire Emblem Fate

Fire Emblem fates is a Japanese strategic role-playing game. The game is developed by Intelligent systems in the direction of Kouhei Maeda and Genki Yokota. The fire emblem series is a quite popular series for its interesting storyline which is written by Shin Kibayashi. The Fire emblem fates have three versions that are named as Birthright, Conquest and Revelation. All three version features a different storyline followed by same characters.

Comprehensively the story of the game features a lead character. You can also personalise the lead character by choosing avatar of your choice along with its weapons, dressing attire etc. There are two sides one is Kingdom of Hoshido which is also the birthplace of lead and the other one is Nohr the adopted home of lead. You have to choose any one side to support and face the war.

Gameplay

As you start the game you have to personalise your character by choosing gender, dressing attire, weapon and name Yes…you can change the name as well. Choose any trendy or even you can place your own name. There are three modes given in the game which are named as Phoenix, Casual, Classic.

In classic mode, if your health meter is gone all down you will be declared dead or you cannot continue the game with that character as it is already dead. Now coming towards next mode which is Casual here you get a chance for revival of character that is dead or lost his. In Phoenix, you can revive the dead character as by their sequence number only.

Almost every version of Fire Emblem Fate comes with a fresher and newer storyline and graphics. Birthright is the only exception as its storyline matches with Fire Emblem Awakening the only change is you can collect more gold & experience. Apart from this, there is a limit for achieving experience and gold in each map.

Also, a battle task has been added where you have to forcibly defeat the opponent or safeguard your territory with a given number chance that is limited.

You can also build your headquarters by selecting My Castle option. Developing a headquarter is a wise deal as it will help you to store weapons, generate food source. You can also use the headquarters for meeting with associated characters. Use StreetPass to infiltrate in opponent army base and get insights to plan accordingly.

Fire Emblem Fates Review

The Fire Emblem Fates is a popular franchise that is running from 1990 which is really long But it is also criticized due to non-availability in west. After its release in west market in 2003, Fire Emblem Fate Awakening get huge success in west markets making it’s way clear to capture the markets around the globe. The game is easier to play but needs tactical skills to succeed in the game.

Beautiful graphics and tight storyline spark the interest to explore the game. The editing of game seems a bit clumsy that is bearable and wouldn’t affect the quality of gameplay. The gameplay is heavy and consist of several layers, easy to use controls along with highly customizable characters, storyline are some of the things that give you a reason to play the game. The thing which I felt missing is lack of variety in game tasks.
