Google Play Store has the largest collection of apps and games. You know that right?

But do you know, there are some amazing third party apps and games that are not yet on the Play Store.

In fact, some of these apps were removed from the play store for unknown reasons. Now, coming to this post, here I’ll list 6 useful third party apps and games that you can use in your smartphone for your benefit. Let’s get to know each of them one-by-one:

Fortnite

World’s number #1 game on the planet. Initially, the game was available for PC, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and with the increasing demand from the fans, Fortnite Mobile was released on 26 September 2017.

However, Epic Games did not release the game straightaway on the Google Play Store. To play this game, you’ll need to go through the website. Apart from this, Fortnite Mobile can only run in a limited number of devices. So, before downloading the game make sure you meet these minimum requirements.

  • 64-bit Android on an arm64 PROCESSOR
  • Android OS 8.0 or higher.
  • Adreno 530, Mali G71 M20, Mali G72 MP12, or higher GPU.
  • At least 4 GB of RAM.

K-9 Mail

If you’ve been using only the Gmail app to check and send emails then you’re missing out on an app that has hand full of features.

K-9 Mail is a third party app specially designed for advanced users as it includes Push IMAP support, BCC to Self, WebDAV support, per account notifications, black/white themes, multiple users, and more. K-9 Mail is based on an Open Source by its creator Jesse Vincent who initially created a simple patch to the official Email app in Android 1.0.

Viper4Android

Viper4Android is a third party sound equalizer app. If your smartphone has lower output volume than that’s the app you need to increase it. Don’t think of it as any other equalizer as it includes advanced features that only its pro users know how to use.

To use this app, one thing is confirmed, you do need a rooted device. Without complete root, you won’t be able to install this app on your smartphone. If you’ve got the rooted device then set this up using the recommended settings.

Once done, install Poweramp Music Player on your smartphone. Play any music you want and get ready to listen to the magic. Even if your smartphone does not include Dolby sound, Viper4Android will help produce the same surround sound.

Take a look at some of the Viper4Android features –

  • AnalogX
  • Auditory System Protection (Cure Tech+)
  • Differential Surround / Haas Effect
  • Fidelity Control
  • Headphone Surround+ (VHS+)
  • Spectrum Extensions
  • Speaker Optimization
  • x86 Support

That’s just the tip of the iceberg. There’re many more features that you can check out by installing the app on your smartphone.

TeaTV App

Do you want to watch every tv shows and movie right after its release? Well, who doesn’t? If you too were looking for a third party app that provided all these features TeaTV is the app you need.

Be it the Netflix shows, Hulu, or any other OTT platform content, you get everything on the TeaTV app. Not only this, but you can also watch every video in HD quality. After all these features, you know what’s best in this TeaTV app. You don’t get any type of intuitive ad. No pop-ups whatsoever.

Browse and watch videos as much you want. No restriction on watching and downloading online content. Unlike costly subscribe plans of Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Amazon Prime, you get every content absolutely free on the TeaTV app.

Hamraaz App

For those of you who don’t know, the Hamraaz app is a third party app designed exclusively for soldiers serving in the Indian Army. Hamraaz App is designed and developed by the Army Jawans Adjutant General Branch (MP-8) technical team to make sure there’s proper communication of their service.

Not only this, but soldiers can also get pay-related information on Mobile Phones. As I said in the beginning, the Hamraaz app is exclusive for the soldier, no other civilian is allowed to use this app.

Even if you try to use it, you’ll not be able to as it requires authentication in the beginning. In recent updates, the Hamraaz app has gone through several security-related changes. Due to security concerns, there are some changes to the way the Aadhar number is used in the app.

TubeMate

A few months back, YouTube released its premium service. However, not everyone can afford the subscription. Besides, access to the downloads is limited to the YouTube App. So, for its free replacement, you can use a third party app called Tubemate. It allows you to download your favorite YouTube videos in your desired video quality.

To download a video in the Tubemate app, copy the URL of the video and paste it in the Tubemate app. Choose the desired quality and press the download button. Unlike YouTube Premium service, videos downloaded via the Tubemate app can be transferred to your PC or any other smartphone.

Final Words

That’s all for now. These are the 6 apps and games that are not available on the Google Play Store but you can install them as a third party app on your smartphone. As of now, I didn’t find any flaw in these apps but if you find any, do let me know via the comments section below.
