Kdramahood Alternatives & Latest Safety Concerns [2023]

Kdramahood

Over the past few years, kdrama has become a high-performing program on Netflix.

Then be it the popular Kdrama Stranger, Vincenzo, or Crash Landing On You.

To be frank, it’s not just Netflix.

Exclusive South Korean drama app such as Kocowa, Viki, and Hulu has been gaining immense popularity from viewers all over the globe.

But the thing is, all of them are paid video streaming platforms.

Alternatively, I found a third-party streaming website, kdramahood. But in the long run, nothing worked out with the website.

And once again, I ended up getting lost.

If you don’t want that, you must keep in touch with some of the Kdramahood Alternative websites.

So, going forward in this post, I’ll share why I stopped using Kdramahood and switched to its alternative websites to watch my favorite Kdrama shows.

Let’s get started:

Is Kdramahood safe to use?

Unlike me, if you can access Kdramahood in your country, then let me clarify this.
The streaming website is safe to stream and download the latest kDrama episodes.

I currently use these websites to watch the latest tvN Kdrama, The Devil Judge.

Over the years, I have used many similar websites over the years, but It’s one of the few websites where you do not get any pop-up or annoying display ads.

Thereby making it a user-friendly platform. Unfortunately, I’m not able to use this website anymore.

Kdramahood Alternatives

It was in March when I was watching Vincenzo Kdrama on Kdramahood, and all of a sudden, I saw the website was blocked in my region.

It only worked when I changed my location using the VPN.

This made me quite worried as the show was starting to get interesting.

So, at that very moment, I realized something.

It isn’t right of me to rely on a single streaming platform.

So, that’s why I always prefer to keep some Kdramahood alternatives if I start having any issues with the existing ones. Let’s get started:

Kissasian

Kissasian is the first kdramahood Alternative in this list.

Regarding popularity, Kissasian is considered one of the most sorted out third-party streaming platforms.

From Korean dramas to movies, you can use this website to stream everything you like in the Korean entertainment industry.

The real reason behind its popularity is not just the type of content the website offers. Its USP is its user interface.

Even though it’s a completely free streaming platform, its user interface says something else.

In short. I would say it looks premium to the eyes.

And in case you are having trouble signing up to the Kissasian website. Then too, you don’t have to worry as there are many proxy websites you can use to access your favorite video.

P.S. With all 5hose users who are not of Korean descent and can’t understand the Korean language, the website allows you to watch your favorite kdrama series with English subtitles.

Dramabustv

Dramabustv is the second Kdramahood alternative in this list.

I will be honest with you guys. I do not like the user interface of Dramabustv.

But still, I use it to watch my favorite kdramas.

Do you know why?

The answer is simple. There is nothing easier than this.

All it takes is two to three clicks to start watching the episodes.

On top of that, if you are having difficulty deciding which show to watch, the website provides a list of kdramas that are trending on the website.

If you don’t want that, you can simply decide from the list of most popular kdramas sorted out by days, weeks, and months.

P.S. Dramabustv isn’t accessible in every other country. So, if Dramabustv isn’t working for you, switch to the next Kdramahood alternative mentioned in this post.

Dramacool

Dramacool is the 3rd Kdramahood alternative in this list.

When watching Anime shows, you might have heard of the websites kissanime and Gogoanime.

These two websites are believed to have started it all. Similarly, Dramacool is considered one such website for the kdrama world.

It’s like a pinnacle of Third-party kdrama streaming.

Even today, you can use this website from its multiple proxy website to watch your favorite kdramas.

I remember using this website for the first time to watch Descendants of the Sun.

Dramacool

Over the years, the website has gone through multiple changes. Be it in terms of the video player or the type of ads it used to show on the website.

Even though you won’t find any annoying Pop-up ads on Dramacool, it’s highly unlikely that you would miss out on somewhat distracting display ads.

However, it’s not a deal-breaker as you can always watch the latest episodes on the full screen or download them offline to watch them on a later day.

On the homepage itself, the website has seven menus that you can use for easy navigation.

The seven menus you can use are:

  • Latest updates
  • Drama
  • Movies
  • Kshow
  • A-Z index
  • Popular dramas
  • Upcoming dramas.

So, in short, it has covered you in every aspect.

P.S. If you already know the name of kdrama, you can watch it by simply typing the name into the provided search bar.

DramaFire

Drama fire is 4th kdramaHood alternative in this list.

Even though this website is quite similar to other websites mentioned in this list,

There are a few things that make it different from them.

Do you want to know what are they?

Well, the thing is the website does not host anything on its server.

Instead, it redirects to a third-party website where you can watch the kdrama episodes using seven different servers.

These are the seven servers used here:

✅Standard server

✅Beta server

✅StreamSB

✅Dudstream

✅Streamtape

✅Mixdrop

✅ExtremeCDN.

I know many would prefer it this way as you won’t have to rely on other streaming alternatives.

If one Server doesn’t work, you can always switch to the other one.

However, this gets a bit complicated.

I’m not saying you can’t switch to another server, but when you open the third party website link,

You start getting annoying pop-up errors.

Unless you’re using a suitable Chrome extension, you would keep on getting these annoying ads onto your computer screen.

In fact, recently, I even tried watching an episode using the pop-up blocker extension enabled in the background of a Web browser.

I couldn’t stop Pop-up ads from showing up on my computer screen.

P.S. Despite the third-party nature of this website, it does not fail in providing kdrama episodes with English subtitles.

DramaGO

Dramago is a fantastic alternative to Kdramahood for Korean drama fans. It offers lots of Korean shows and movies, is easy to use, and always adds new content.

Best of all, it’s free and has different types of genres. Definitely, it’s a great choice for fans of Korean dramas!

Besides its variety and user-friendliness, Dramago promises a captivating experience for all Korean drama lovers.

With its extensive library and regular updates, it provides an unparalleled platform for anyone looking to dive into the world of K-dramas. So, get ready for uninterrupted drama marathons!

Final Thoughts

I know it’s quite annoying when a particular streaming platform stops performing out of the blue on your device.

I have faced similar.m issues in my early days of kdrama fandom.

So, to make sure you don’t get annoyed by such trivial issues, I always recommend you to have some alternative websites under your hood.

That’s all for now.
