Drifters Season 2 anime is awaited and speculate to be launched soon anytime. Drifters are the Japenese anime series launched back in October 2016 and cast till December 2016 on Tokyo MX. However, no official announcement is being made by the producer.
It was designed and animated by Hoods Drifters Studio. But it was launched and produced by NBCUniversal Entertainment Japan and written by Kouta Hirona. At first instance, there were only 12 episodes of season one in 2016. However, in December 2017, 2 more episodes of the same season were launched. Episode # 15 was launched in 2018.

It is basically a series of Japanese anime. It is a story based on Dark nightmare and real experience. Drifters mean warriors, who fought to save the earth. They control the world as per their wish. It was actually a Dark nightmare. They revolve in search of historical figures.
There are teams like magicians etc. which they use and other techniques to rescue and save the planet Earth.

Shimazu Toyohisa
The name of the lead role character in the cast is Shimazu Toyohisa. It is actually based on a real-life character, Samurai fighters. As I mentioned it is a real-life dark nightmare, this character feels himself being a part of the drifter’s team and tries to save the planet with them from evil powers.
Yoichi Suketaka Nasu
This character is also a part of the drifter’s team, and acts as a historic Samurai fighter. He is a Youngman of merely 19 years in age. He fought like a perfectionist archer, as he individually fought to save planet Earth with all his mighty powers. And he destroys a large number of enemies alone while fighting.
Nobunaga Oda
This one is another important character who teams up with Shimazu Toyohisa to save the planet earth. He is actually a Japanese warlord with amazing superpowers. And he helps the drifters in fighting against evil and saves Earth from them.
